Once your images are available, you will receive an SMS containing a secure link to activate your account. Following the link, you will be guided through a straightforward activation process.

After activation, your account will remain accessible for all future examinations conducted at X-Ray & Imaging, facilitating continuous access to your medical information.

Your referring health professional will receive the report from your examination promptly after your appointment. Patients can expect the report to be accessible on the Patient App within 14 days of their scan, at which point the report button will be activated.
